Energy Modelling
We use whole-building energy modelling
to evaluate the energy performance of the building design and identify solutions to reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions to achieve the project goals.
Embodied Carbon Analysis
Conscious material selection is a key factor in achieving low-carbon buildings and to reduce the ecological impact of our built environment. We conduct whole-building life cycle assessments (LCA) to quantify the carbon emissions associated with the materials as well as advise on strategies to reduce the carbon footprint.
Climate Resilience Assessment
As extreme weather events such as heat waves and wildfires become more frequent, it is important to consider their impact on building occupants and systems. We prepare climate resilience assessments to identify project specific risks and adaptation strategies.
Sustainability Master Plan
We develop in-house sustainability master plans for design and development firms to establish company strategies, processes and priorities as well as create communication, education and marketing material.
